Cannes Beach is clean, safe and comfortable for a very competitive price.

The only downside to Cannes Beach is that you only get 2 keys to the 6 person apartment, which makes things complicated on a business trip like mine.

Good location, near beach, near bus to Cannes city, near marketplace for buying fruits and vegetables. Good price for apartment for 4-5 persons and balcony with sun and view to the swimmingpool. Helpful and servicemindid staff.

Nothing the hotel is quite simply awful Light fixtures hanging off the wall Bedroom with one tiny window looking onto the corridor which is great for privacy and security Balcony overlooking garbage Doors a d wallin terrible state Ridiculous signage makingit very difficult to find rooms reception from The car park Otherrooms over railway lines etc etc Have stayed all over the world -the worse!!!

Book with sea view - it cost 15 Euros per day - but it is really worth it. We got the best view from 6.th floor and you can follow all activities on the beach. But be aware that you have the rain way in front of the hotel – between beach and hotel! There are no trains during the nights, and it was not a problem for us. The standard of the apartments are okay and we got a good price, but there are carpets on all floors also bath and toilet… but there are A/C and that is highly appreciated when temperatures reaches 33-37 °C.

The rail way - carpets on floors in toilet and bath rooms - too tiny childrens room.

The hotel is close to cannes.They have shuttles every 30min going to the city while i was there in may 2012.There is kitchen and you can buy breakfast and there are pools in the court yard and in the apartment i was there is kitchen as well and i was happy with the stuff and everyone was very helpful and nice.

It was very inexpensive and easy to get to by public transport from Cannes

The old carpeted floors felt dirty. The bedroom was tiny. And overall the place is a bit rundown. But it was very inexpensive and in the end it served my purposes for this conference. At 70 Euro per night for a week, and 15 Euro for a cab to Cannes, it is very economical.

Very nice holiday, great room and facilities. Perfect for spending time at the pool or beach.

Comfortable apartment, close to the beach (50m). Swimming pool for everybody and restaurant. Market and shops near the residence. Underground parking (fee).

hard to get parking on street, wi-fi drops out alot & not free,Carpet in bathroom gets wet & stinks out apartment ,ridiculous idea of having carpet in bathroom,apartment not very spacious,has coffee maker but no kettle or jug to make tea or coffee had to use saucepan to boil water,have to take 2 separate lifts from reception to get to room

Not much. We refused first two rooms, they were awful and complete dumps. On booking in I was told at reception - if you dont like the room then let me know - too right we didnt like it. Overpriced and right beside the railway line and the terminus. It was a timshare apartment and we even had to pay 9 euros each for towelsfor in the tiny apartment. Would never go back !

Staff realised how upset we were at the sheer disappointment and the stae of the room with ceilinfs falli g down and lights hanging from ceiling and absolutely tiny. Hardly enough space for two ppl never mind 5 adults. We used the bedroom as a wardrobe to store our clothes.

Great location if you are interested to spend most of your time at the beach. They also have a very nice pool. The main facilities are kept clean and the staff is really polite.

The cleanliness of the rooms could be a touch better.

Building and rooms need a serious makeover... Place looks really run- down. Very sad to see as it has potential!

A comfortable apartment accommodation with everything you need, and a helpful staff to solve any difficulties.

The courtyard with the pool, and the feel of the place. Also the proximity of the town and the sea.

Clean , nice location , 10 minutes by bus to the center of cannes ( 1 euros only ), after midnight bus stop .surrounded by shops and cafe available until after midnight .
